Responsibilities Render nursing care within scope of practice to meet patient needs in accordance with standards, physician orders, policies, and regulations. Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting. Follow company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction. Document changes in patient's condition, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes. Utilize the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in appropriate programs.
