Sinclair is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Mexico, CDMX. The role's mission is to ensure proper service delivery in the country (time & quality-wise). Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers and the sales area. Ensure good service and its coordination in the country. Manage local repair shop. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Calculate and monitor stock needs to supply local repairs. Coordinate technical service activities in the country. Carry out repairs in the workshop. Carry out technical training. Manage shipments and dispatches of materials and supplies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in electronic, electrical, mechatronic, biomedical or related engineering. More than 3 years of experience with technology equipment. Experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Experience in the field of medical devices and experience in similar roles.
