Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (stakeholders, suppliers, and the core project team), participate in periodic project schedule review sessions, and report potential delays to ensure project success, and much more. Responsibilities Updating full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticality. Preparing standard progress reports and collecting time‑related progress information. Maintaining schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to the Time Management Plan and company procedures. Collecting progress information from stakeholders and suppliers. Participating in periodic project schedule review sessions. Reporting actual or potential delays to the core project team. Preparing standard schedule and progress reports.
