As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will help lead the daily execution of our Business Operations team, with a focus on inventory and workflow management. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site team members, delegating daily priorities, monitoring execution, escalating issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited for tech-savvy, detail-oriented leaders with strong English communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to guide team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities Leadership & Delegation: Ability to manage daily priorities, assign work, follow up with team members, handle escalations and ensure tasks are completed on time. Operational Execution: Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution. Process Alignment & Improvement: Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements. Team Coordination: Oversee on-site team workflows by prioritizing, delegating, providing operational guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Operational Initiatives: Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability. Requirements Experience Requirement: 3+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment preferred. Execution Focus: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
