Position Objective: Oversee and optimize production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily production operations Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Optimize resource utilization and production efficiency Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed Develop and mentor production teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Production Manager Strong background in metal-mechanic manufacturing environments Experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, and drilling processes English proficiency: 80–90% (advanced level preferred) Skills & Knowledge: Proven leadership and team management capabilities Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (certification preferred) Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong plus Solid understanding of machining processes and production systems Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities We’re Looking For: A strategic leader with a hands‑on approach, capable of driving operational excellence, building high‑performing teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
