SAP Finance (Employee Expense Consultant Key Responsibilities Design and lead the implementation of Employee Expense System Conduct Process and systems design reviews to ensure project requirements are met and align with current system designs and processes. Engage with end users to share project details and progress at regular intervals. Analyse the impact of new projects, ensuring compliance with country-specific guidelines. Advocate the requirements of the business, function, or geographical unit during IT implementation Identify and address challenges in current processes and implement fixes. Validate and identify required interlocks and interfaces. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex requirements, identify potential risks, and formulate suitable solutions. Initiate automation to reduce manual touchpoints. Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Controllership, Finance, Tax and Operations, to ensure smooth project and operations execution Provide active support for SOX control and other compliance requirements Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in P2P space (Employee Expense/Policy, Accounts Payable, or VDM or Banking) with at least 5 years in a lead role. Extensive knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA platform Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently on high-scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving issues by following company policies and procedures. Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully leading, driving and implementing different projects.
