What You'll Own Client Intake & First Impressions You'll be the first person many clients speak with, helping them feel heard, supported, and confident about moving forward. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients Handling inbound calls and responding to inquiries professionally and compassionately Guiding prospective clients through the intake process Collecting and documenting required client information accurately Creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first interaction Follow-Up & Client Communication Many clients need guidance and follow-through before completing the intake process. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Conducting follow-up calls and communications Ensuring clients continue progressing through the intake process Answering questions and providing timely updates Building rapport while maintaining professionalism Communicating clearly and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Documentation & Coordination Strong organization and attention to detail are essential to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate client records and documentation Updating information within company systems Coordinating with internal teams to support new client onboarding Ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date Assisting with administrative tasks related to intake and onboarding Client Experience You'll play a critical role in helping prospective clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported. Required Qualifications Previous experience in client intake, customer service, patient coordination, or a similar role Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, caring, and empathetic approach Ability to build rapport and communicate persuasively while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational and follow-up skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and software platforms Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of client interactions Preferred Qualifications ABA industry experience Why This Role Matters The first conversation often sets the tone for the entire client experience.
