This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities Deep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data and defining business strategies. Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company’s sales and marketing approaches Work in partnership with Commercial managers to develop solid commercial plans. Propose, manage and control the marketing BME Lead promotions developments, innovations and activations through a deep understanding of the business and P&L Build and supervise consumer communication and e-commerce startegy to increase brand penetration Skills Strong analytical experience, ability to use data to develop breakthrough business strategies Full understanding of Modern Trade customers and their needs A proven ability to deliver change to tools and processes, and to deliver improvements to a team’s way of working Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen Experience in P&L management Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to deliver great outcomes Leading and influencing teams Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills Knowledge with Nielsen, Excel, Power Point Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Engineering 3+ years' brand marketing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
