Job Description The HR SpecialistTMOD Training & Learning executes, implements and supports HR policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees' scope of Continental Silao locations (e.g. Onboarding, talent development). Execute, organize and implement Corporate TMOD & local initiatives to facilitate employee development and strengthen a Leadership and Performance Culture following Continental Core Values. Support competency management by identifying gaps and proposing training measures. Steer and/or execute Vocational Training Management and university connections. Measure and improve effectiveness of trainings and implement corrective actions if necessary. Ensure training compliance for internal and external audit purposes, detect needs, and execute the annual training plan. Drive readiness of talents through proper succession planning in alignment with business needs. Support the training strategy in line with the overall strategy and development plan of the locations, legal compliance (mobile equipment), and customer requirements, ensuring concise documentation per legal regulations. Support the activity of the TMOD Training & Learning Team. Intermediate English proficiency. Experience:Learning Management System. Learning programming. TMOD Tools (Talent Management tool, My Success, BASICS live, My Radar Live, etc.). Supports HRBPs. Training support. Certification process. Networking with technical schools. Knowledge:Data analytics. Problem solving.
