Position Import Assistant Responsibilities Communicate the resolution of customer issues related to transportation pickups, claims, and incorrect receiving of assets at the processing plant. Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers. Manage freight clearing accounts, charge‑back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices. Generate daily reports on operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), and Annex 22 (Pedimentos). Perform IMMEX operations and maintain close communication with multiple areas. Qualifications Typically requires a 2‑year degree and 1–3 years of experience, or a high school graduate with equivalent related experience. Experience with Annex 22 (Pedimentos) and the IMMEX program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; intermediate English level. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle and Aranxel. Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.
