Job Description Leads & coordinates all activities of analysis technicians necessary to support the fulfillment of the production schedule of the VS, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per control plan On the production analysis areas supervises staff; organizes and monitors workflow, assuring standards follow up. Supports the fulfillment of production plan by scheduling and assigning analysis personnel, accomplish work results, establish priorities, monitors progress, revises schedule, resolves escalated problems. Ensures the adherence to the following Key Analysis areas standards: 1) Early Warning system 2) DRS systematic 3) Active lot release 4) Scrap reporting and controlling 5) Selective test execution and/or verification per Control Plan 6) 6Ss and TPM on Equipment and tooling of analysis areas. All these standards with the purpose of meeting delivery and quality metrics. Performs process confirmations to the Analysis Technicians standards Defines and follows up to Analysis technicians’ competencies development curricula. Defines training needs for the analysis technicians to achieve and maintain necessary competence, knowledge, discipline, and skill levels Ensures that procedures and instructions are followed by analysis technicians, including safety and environmental guidelines as well as quality documents & control. Supports continuity through working shifts. Provides and supports Bosch Production System, CIP, Policy Deployment, and teamwork. Communicates plant goals, policies, information to analysis technicians Supports analysis technician in communication with Plant organization Promotes and supports Safety, Quality and Environment Plant goals. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources Participates in Daily Management according Bosch Production System. SAP P72 System production module administration. SAP P59 for analysis technicians’ administration: Development plans, performance evaluation plans, overtime, Regular communication, Competencies development for product ramp ups, Continuous improvement of work instructions and workflows. Qualifications Product & Process People administration and leadership Ergonomics Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...) Data analytics Customer Requirements Moderation and communication/negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships. Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning.
