Responsibilities Discover and create scenarios with information collected from planning, operations, and finance to help make smarter decisions for on‑time delivery and effective alignment from planning to sales‑to‑execution. Gather data from multiple data sets and transform it into actionable insights, including data models, algorithm creation, machine learning, data mining, dashboards, and reports. Develop and refine short‑ and mid‑term strategy for planning development considering financial targets, on‑time delivery, and data visualizations. Collaborate with order management, planning, purchasing, engineering, and operations teams in planning line of balance to understand company needs and devise possible data solutions. Communicate results and insights to key decision makers and lead joint development efforts across multiple teams and databases. Create predictive models and scenarios for planning and material requirements and develop planning KPIs and daily management dashboards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or certification in operator or vendor management such as APICS CPIM or CSCP. Power BI certification. 3+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a plus). Conversational or business English. Knowledge of supply chain processes such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, forecasting, demand and supply planning, indirect procurement, materials management, and logistics. Experience with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences. A flexible, dynamic, self‑demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate self and others; easily accepts constructive input.
