Omnichannel Intern Work Mode: Hybrid. Location: Hybrid – Mexico City. Key Responsibilities Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports for key accounts. Support the administrative follow-up of key e-commerce accounts. Assist in projects related to channel optimization. Provide support in administrative tasks related to the area (document control, order tracking, internal coordination). Ensure the product catalog is updated (descriptions, images, prices, etc.). Conduct basic competitor analysis (pricing, promotions). Learning Objectives for the Intern Learn how e-commerce works and how to manage online accounts. Practice analyzing sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out). Understand how to find opportunities to improve online sales. Get experience creating reports and presentations. Improve skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce tools. Business Project Analyze sales performance of key e-commerce accounts and suggest improvements. Create a simple dashboard to track sell-in and sell-out data. Help with a promotional campaign and measure results. Research competitor prices and promotions to give useful insights. Education & Experience Active university student, preferably in the 7th or 8th semester, pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration or related. No experience required.
