The ideal candidate for this position is a resource closed to operations (Mexico level) ensuring a proper management of Digital transformation and solutions support. Lead the Digital Transformation strategy across all sites, ensuring continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital tools aligned with the company global vision. Responsibilities Own and drive the Local Digitalization Roadmap Ensures that the Digital Standards are deployed and used. Organizes the Digital roadmap, reviews regularly to identify any deviance, and arranges additional training if needed. Participates in the champion community led by the Business Process Owner. Local enhancements Management – Process Change Request The Digital Manager is the relay between the local business owners and the BPO, working collaboratively to identify, organize, and provide prioritized functional specifications for new business needs. Presents these to the Business Process Owner via the Change Request Process. Testing and Change Management Organizes the User Acceptance Tests with local SME support, defines the user acceptance plan, writes scenarios, creates testing conditions, and provides test outputs to the Business Process Owner and IT teams. If SAP is in use, maintains Master Data on Non‑Regression Test scenarios, describes specific scenarios for local business, and supports the Business Process Owner in defining Core Model scenarios. Coordinates the change management plan with local business owners (e.g., user training) and identifies the go‑live date with management staff. Issues and Bugs Management - Support The Digital Manager acts as the link between users and IT for incident management (first-level diagnosis and fix, open HDA tickets, and follow up until resolution). On‑call/On‑site duty for 24/7 coverage may be required. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, digital support, or transformations. Experience with ERP/MES usage or IT user support roles. Experience in UAT or digitalisation projects is a strong asset. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to design and improve work systems.
