As a Sr Test Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will lead and manage test manufacturing engineering activities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize test manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage test manufacturing engineering activities Provide strategic direction and guidance to optimize test manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity Lead a team of test manufacturing engineers Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test manufacturing processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years of experience in test manufacturing engineering Extensive knowledge of test manufacturing processes and equipment Experience with NPI management Experience with new test equipment development Proficient in English We Value Advanced engineering degrees such as EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering) Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment Continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
