Role Overview In this role you will establish and lead a team of GSRs in Mexico, reporting directly to a US manager. Your primary objective is to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that supports the existing dedicated teams. Responsibilities Establish and lead the shared service team of 8 GSRs in Mexico. Streamline and document processes across dedicated teams to enhance efficiency and reduce workload. Collaborate closely with LL6s worldwide to ensure high collaboration. Manage functional reporting for resources in Mexico and remain available to travel as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 5‑7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls. Minimum of 2 years proven experience leading and managing IT teams in a global or multi‑location setting. Strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration and Security & Controls, with familiarity in SAP modules such as S/4/HANA, ECC, FI, SCM, CRM, MM, TM, GRC, and Solman. Excellent leadership, project management, and process management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities. Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset. Proficiency in verbal and written English. Technical Skills In‑depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong understanding of SAP Security & Controls, including roles, authorizations, and compliance. Familiarity with various SAP modules and technologies such as S/4/HANA, ECC, FI, SCM, CRM, MM, TM, GRC, and Solman. Leadership & Management Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team, with experience in team formation and development. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects. Excellent organizational and process management skills, with the ability to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross‑functional environment.
