This role is for a Production Supervisor who manages and coaches production personnel in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and develop the personnel assigned to your operational area, ensuring compliance with performance standards. Guarantee the achievement of quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives through proper management of manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement using quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and production systems. Track and apply hourly controls in assigned areas, implementing countermeasures to meet production requirements. Monitor capacities, cycle times, and takt time, adjusting production to changes in customer demand. Apply problem‑solving methodologies to address quality deviations. Actively participate in daily performance meetings, proposing actions to improve productivity and quality. Document opportunities for improvement, downtime, and ensure compliance with quality records. Ensure timely execution of engineering samples within the area. Escalate performance issues according to established processes. Ensure new hire training and adherence to training guidelines. Qualifications College degree in Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing. Experience with problem‑solving techniques. Proficiency with computer systems. Experience managing people and developing teams. Leadership and conflict‑management skills.
