The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising a development project from inception through construction completion. This involves preparing conceptual site plans and building plans, as well as producing Construction Documents and coordinating both in-house and third-party design and engineering groups in the preparation and delivery of CDs. Manage Multiple Projects Preparation of Drawings for various levels of Design as required Lead Weekly Design Calls for each project Collaborate with Development and Construction to coordinate project schedules deliverables Prepare and Communicate Project Objectives QA/QC Drawing Review Contribute to and Maintain Design Standards Knowledge and Qualifications Degree in Architecture or a similar field 8 years min experience Experience in Multi-Family Residential Projects, preferably with LIHTC In Depth Knowledge of Fair Housing and other Accessibility Requirements AutoCAD, Sketchup and/or REVIT abilities Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
