Manufacturing Quality Engineer We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices throughout the manufacturing facility. Analyze field quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. Develop Action Plans based on PDCA to improve field claims KPI (EPPM: External Parts Per Million). Work closely with the Supplier Development team to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Conduct regular quality audits of manufacturing processes and product outputs to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. Participate in cross‑functional teams to develop new products and processes while ensuring quality standards are met from the outset. Participate in tiered meetings and host customer visits/audits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis. Proficient in statistical analysis and quality management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
