This is not a passive sales role — this is for someone who builds opportunities, influences decisions, and closes deals . What you will own Drive revenue growth and market expansion within your territory Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (OEMs & End Users) Apply consultative selling to understand customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions Position OMRON’s Sysmac platform as a competitive advantage Manage pipeline, KPIs, and performance through CRM discipline Collaborate with Application Engineers and Product Marketing to deliver impactful solutions Build strong, long-term customer relationships What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in technical/solutions sales (industrial automation preferred) Proven track record in hunting, closing, and exceeding sales targets Experience selling to OEMs and/or End Users (enterprise level is a strong plus) Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills Background in automation technologies (PLC, HMI, Motion, Robotics, Vision, Safety) Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset What makes you stand out You are not reactive — you create opportunities You are comfortable challenging customers and influencing decisions You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment You combine technical understanding + commercial mindset Why OMRON?
