Responsibilities Build knowledge and logistic flow understanding to develop results such as the improvement of production layouts, factory design, and documentation. Ensure coherence and collaboration across factory platforms within MD&I and within Operations, understanding the E2E flows in general. Build relationships with all key collaborators both onsite and globally. Proactively support production layout updates and ensure that LEGO is following the global standardization agenda. Collaborate with all technology platforms in R&D areas to secure the latest versions are incorporated into standards. Responsible for global involvement and alignment within your own area of responsibility and compliance with LEGO requirements and standards. Identify risks and opportunities in functional areas and in general. Qualifications Relevant educational background in technical build, CAD build, drafting, or industrial build. Strong experience within factory layouts or technical development of factory equipment or logistics systems. Highly skilled with Autodesk software, especially AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Inventor. Trained in and/or experienced in Project Management. Ability to travel up to 40 days per year. Knowledge and understanding of operational and/or logistic processes in a production environment. Good communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
