Job Description Adheres to the stock strategy guidelines supplied by BA SCM and aligns with Plant SCM. Manages exception messages and reviews raw material requirements daily in MRP. Converts Purchase Reqs to Purchase Orders where needed. Analyzes raw material supply to ensure we stay balanced with inventory. Monitors supply by confirming purchase orders, following up on expected and late deliveries. Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information, availability, and delivery schedule. Works closely with receiving, supply chain, finance, production, and management. Provides good customer service to internal and external customers, assisting and supporting requests, needs, etc. Expedites orders and requests as needed. Owns the raw material debottlenecking process and aligns with BA Procurement if not resolved, providing details for escalation. Communicates frequently with BA Procurement on areas of concern. Supports BA Procurement team members in shortage or allocations. Constantly and proactively evaluates materials and single-source materials for risk mitigation. Maintains all required paperwork in an organized and accessible way relating to purchase orders, inventories, deliveries, etc. Supports annual physical inventory or cyclic stock taking process. In-charge of maintaining SAP master data related to raw materials and other materials procured to ensure the integrated planning model. Actively works toward full automation to support the Integrated Supply Chain Planning Model set by the CT Group Sector. Attends trainings, webinars, conference calls as needed to ensure proper process and procedures and supports other teams as needed. Supports with inventory numbers when Supply Chain Manager is unavailable. Continues to learn and develop knowledge oneself. Product knowledge (functionalities and applications). Supply Chain Management (including logistics policies, systems and processes). Quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes). Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques. Lean production/CBS principles, methods and tools. Soft skills, tools and techniques. Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open‑mindedness, networking, moderation and negotiation).
