Scope of the Job Our client is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Performance & Social Growth Lead to lead all Paid Social initiatives. This role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and driving sustainable growth through strategy, execution, creative testing, and optimization focused on all Social Media Platforms. The person in this role will own the social media channels end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive best-in-class performance and accelerate business growth. Responsibilities Meta Strategy & Leadership Design and execute a comprehensive paid social acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV across multiple platforms. Stay up to date on algorithm changes, platform updates, policies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage. Operational Execution Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end across platforms , including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative rotation, and testing frameworks. Monitor performance daily and adjust tactics in real time to maximize efficiency. Creative Testing Partner with the creative team to conceptualize, brief, and test high-performing assets optimized for each platform’s algorithm and user behavior. Experiment with new creative approaches, audiences, and campaign structures. Performance & Analytics Own channel performance reporting, analyzing key metrics and presenting actionable insights to leadership. Make fast, data-driven optimization decisions with precision. Budget Management Efficiently manage and allocate paid social budgets across platforms , balancing scale, efficiency, and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Growth, Creative, Social, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure paid social initiatives support broader brand and business objectives. Requirements 4–6+ years of hands‑on Paid Social experience , with expertise across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.). Proven track record scaling organic/paid social programs for fast-growing DTC or eCommerce brands . Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and attribution metrics . Experience managing significant budgets across multiple social platforms. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
