About the Opportunity As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the heart and “face” of WeWork’s hospitality team, serving as the primary point of contact for members and guests. Your role will support the Community Management team across varied locations, including both Enterprise and Classic spaces. Front Desk Management Greet all members and guests warmly, creating a welcoming community environment. Cover the front desk during business hours and act as an on‑site point of contact at the Community Bar. Assist with registering and checking in visiting guests in accordance with WeWork’s guest policies. Provide orientation and relevant information to first‑time visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Issue and collect keys for members and guests as needed. Keep the front desk clean, organized, and clutter‑free at all times. Notify members of food deliveries and packages. Be a reliable point of contact for mail and package handling, including receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing. Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, escalating and recording as necessary. Member Engagement Learn member and guest names and details to build relationships and facilitate community. Keep track of relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems. Answer questions knowledgeably and offer appropriate WeWork products and solutions. Recognize opportunities to celebrate member successes and milestones. Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests. Recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team‑outing venues, post office, shipping centers, and supply stores. Building Operations & Management Handle mail and packages: receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing. Maintain building amenities, such as restocking the Community treat bowl, keycards, printers, etc. Monitor and adjust space usage (pick up rubbish, reset chairs, straighten pillows). Assist with operational adjustments and make sure the building is fully functional. About You Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Proficiency in English. Availability to work , Guadalajara. Minimum of one year of experience as a Front Desk associate. Strong interpersonal skills and a people‑person attitude. Comfortable and confident as the face of the brand. Ability to multitask while prioritizing the member experience. Prior hospitality/retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency.
