The Customer Service Intern would assist on follow-up for all orders and quotes along with the administration of customer requests. Performs a variety of order administration support activities for customer accounts. What you will do: Understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Maintains customer inquiries, including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions. Generates and distributes orders and quotes summaries when required. Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening. Work with Finance to process customer invoices. Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met. Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports What you will learn: Collaborate and build networks within Global Asset Management, Global Trade, Finance, Sales, etc. Understand Service Level Agreements to prioritize and meet customer expectations. Utilize multiple customer collaboration tools/portals and SAP transactions. Qualifications you must have: Must be currently enrolled in the final semesters of a administration or a related field. 90% English level- Proficiency and fluency English Skills.
