Responsibilities Found and lead your location: Build neospaces in your city as an independent unit — operationally, strategically, commercially. Be the brand on the ground: You are the face of neospaces in your market — to owners, family offices, asset managers, developers, and expanding brands. Full entrepreneurial responsibility: Revenue, profitability, growth, team — all yours. Build your team: Recruit, develop, and lead your own brokerage team. Win and close mandates: Across Retail, Office, F&B and Hospitality, Logistics and Light Industrial, and Medical. You handle the major mandates personally. Shape strategy: As Franchise Partner, you sit at the table when we decide where the group goes next.
