Job Description The Senior Technical Analyst supports Technical Product Management in IT-related delivery topics, provides technical guidance, manages squad outputs, participates in roadmap and backlog planning, and maintains technical documentation. This role reports to the Technical Product Manager and includes responsibilities such as leading acceptance criteria creation, supporting hiring, and acting as a technical developer. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Participate in roadmap and backlog prioritization with the TPM, translating epics into user stories. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Build and update documentation for the product development lifecycle. Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead product team ceremonies and oversee development quality. Coordinate with boundary and integration systems troubleshooting. Support incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management processes. Plan and review patches and defect prioritization. Serve as a point of contact for product questions and problem-solving. Design solutions, assess technical issues, and collaborate with teams. Ensure application service levels and deployment standards are maintained. Maintain documentation standards and validate development acceptance criteria. Deliver high-performance, scalable, secure software products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 5+ years of EPM/FCCS technical analyst experience. B2 English proficiency, written and spoken. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in collaborative technical environments. Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Hands-on technical skills such as scripting, troubleshooting, and version control. Experience with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Positive mindset fostering a safe learning environment. Attention to detail and testing background is a plus.
