What you will experience in this position Provide guidance and work supervision to team ensuring availability of resources to exceed key performance metrics. Coordinate data driven improvements demonstrating the A3 & RCCM process. Participate in and/or lead multi‑functional, multi‑level improvement projects and kaizen events. Support a continuous improvement culture by coaching and involving employees in Lean methodologies. Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the operation using lean methodologies. Support in crafting and implementing present and future state value stream maps along with improvement strategies. Pursue the implementation of the plant transformation plans and decrease in expenses funnel. Educate improvement teams in lean transformation philosophy, approach, activity and appropriate tools. Identify and share standard processes and external trends. Coordinate lean transformation and standardize work across sites. Participate in communities of standard methodology sharing within the site, segment and enterprise. Provide leadership for House of Lean knowledge management and sharing. Support annual Strategic Deployment process including enterprise value stream mapping & transformation planning. Coordinate & maintain a Kaizen Calendar system to plan and complete events through closure. Support a One nVent culture ensuring values are being deployed. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing key Lean methodologies to drive business results while also mentoring and teaching others on effectively acquiring and applying Lean Methodologies. Be highly empathic to associates and create an environment for participation. Promote hands‑on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. You have Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred. 4+ YEO in supervision position on manufacturing, supply chain or related field, preferred. 4+ YEO of manufacturing continuous improvement experience. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and culture. Demonstrated experience in leading and efficiently implementing Lean methodologies, including Kaizen events, Creating Continuos Flow (CCF), and Making Materials Flow (MMF), Value Stream Map (VSM) driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction. Knowledgeable, with demonstrated skills implementing, guiding and deploying Lean Methodologies in Manufacturing, Distribution and Transactional applications. Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully implementing Lean methodologies, including Kaizen events, Continuous Cost Focus (CCF), and Material Management Focus (MMF), driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction. Fully bilingual. Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving process to improve process and improve the customers’ experience. Proficient in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, simul8 simulation software. Optimally plan and coordinate to changing demands and circumstances activities across multi‑functional teams and departments. Ability to establish relationships and influence others in the organization. Able to pursue multiple priorities with minimal direction.
