Quality Engineer We are looking for a Quality Engineer. The role focuses on process audits, corrective actions, customer complaint investigation, and solution implementation to ensure quality of our Chillers Products and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct regular process audits to identify deviations from standard operating procedures and quality standards; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and effective solutions. Investigate customer complaints and claim root causes, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction. Apply problem‑solving methodologies, including 8‑D, to address recurrent issues and customer claims; lead cross‑functional teams to find and implement effective solutions. Track and analyze quality metrics – customer claims, reworks, and scrap; provide regular reports to management on quality performance and initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams; communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Review and update the control plan/PFMEA based on manufacturing processes and customer claims. Coordinate activities with Quality Auditors regarding priorities, audits, and actions; manage people involved in these processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role. Experience with process audits, corrective actions, and problem‑solving methodologies (8‑D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) is a plus. Availability to work on Shift1, Shift2, and Shift3. Preferred Skills Experience with Chillers Products or similar industries (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.). Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
