Purpose Statement: This role requires an understanding of focus factory processes and expertise in various technical areas. The individual will not only assist engineers with projects and experiments but also provide technical support to all departments in core functions such as layouts, capacity models, and ergonomics, and guide Industrial Engineering teams in optimizing productivity and operational excellence across the manufacturing locations. Key Job Accountabilities Develop and execute manufacturing solutions. Provide high‑quality, cost‑appropriate services that satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty and mentoring others in the discipline. Apply process improvement and troubleshooting to the role. Guide the use of appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production. Serve as a technical and/or project team lead with discipline‑specific understanding supporting full manufacturing processes, product requirements & specifications, cross‑discipline or supplier coordination. Demonstrate leadership, executing responsibilities in accordance with good manufacturing practices and company processes, and provide support to direct production line operators. Develop expertise in equipment and process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation. Qualifications Education: A minimum of an Associate’s degree or completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering or Science. Experience: Minimum three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities. Physical requirements: None (N/A).
