The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems. This role serves as the technical backbone of enrollment operations, ensuring seamless database performance, accurate eligibility configuration, and successful carrier integrations (EDI/API). You will work cross-functionally with implementation, enrollment, and service teams to deliver a technology-driven, people-focused enrollment experience. Key Requirements Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience building databases in: Employee Navigator (preferred) Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or similar platforms Proven experience with: EDI file feeds and API integrations Benefits administration systems and workflows Open Enrollment at scale Multi-state or multi-client environments Qualifications Strong understanding of employee benefits (medical + voluntary) and eligibility rules and plan design structures Advanced data management and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with payroll systems and deduction reporting High attention to detail and process discipline Detail-obsessed and systems-driven A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Comfortable owning both strategy and execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
