What You Will Do Review Voice of Customer, understand the applications and requirements, and prepare TAR to capture VOC and share Molex stand against the VOC. Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD (UG NX) programs, performing computational simulations and experiments to mimic and refine designs. Define test methods, conduct physical tests of concepts, and validate concept using 3D‑print samples and other prototyping methods. Participate in Design Reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA and Design for Manufacturability activities. Prepare Bill of Materials, 2‑D drawings for manufacturing, develop samples for customer approval and prepare product & application specifications. Document the design process, iterations, and test analytics, ensuring compliance with all Molex policies & procedures. Support compliance with the PBM Philosophy, quality management standards, safety & hygiene, environmental management systems, Six Sigma, RBA, and CTPAT/OAS. Perform related or complementary work within the functional scope. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering. 3+ years of experience in design and development engineering of wiring harnesses. Strong skills in NX and Pro E software. Advanced English proficiency. Ability to understand customer requirements and specifications.
