About the role The Campaign Delivery Specialist is accountable for the end‑to‑end campaign delivery (requirements analysis, planning, coordination, execution, reporting) across Takeda's marketing technology platforms (SFMC, CDP, BrightCove, SpotMe). The role focuses on service quality, platform resilience, and predictable execution, acting as the operational backbone that enables scalable, compliant, and cost-effective omnichannel delivery in support of Takeda’s business objectives. In addition, the role applies strong project management and delivery coordination practices to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with Takeda’s governance, quality, and operational standards. How you will contribute Own end-to-end campaign service delivery, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and reliability across SFMC, CDP, Brightcove, and SpotMe. Lead structured project planning and execution, including scope definition, timeline management, risk identification, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across LOC NGCE and OCE Partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic priorities. Ensure all campaign activities adhere to Takeda’s GPD governance models, quality standards, compliance frameworks, and operating procedures. Act as the central delivery coordinator, proactively managing risks, resolving blockers, and driving timely decision‑making across stakeholders. Provide technical leadership to support complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements. Drive cost and time‑to‑market efficiencies through reuse of assets, standardised processes, template‑based delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivery KPIs, and operational metrics to support transparency and continuous optimisation. Leverage AI‑driven and agentic automation capabilities to optimise campaign operations, including intelligent workflow orchestration, automated quality checks, predictive issue detection, content personalisation support, and data‑driven decision‑making to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience. Skills and qualifications Proven experience leading end‑to‑end service delivery and project management for enterprise-scale digital marketing or customer engagement platforms. Strong delivery coordination skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, and stakeholders in regulated environments. 5+ years hands‑on experience with platforms such as SFMC, CDP, or comparable customer and channel technologies. Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and quality standards within global organisations. Strong technical acumen, enabling effective guidance of complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventative remediation. Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments with competing priorities and tight timelines. Proficient in financial governance of digital and campaign operations programmes, with expertise in budget management, cost tracking, and value realisation for large‑scale initiatives. Advanced user of project management tools like JIRA, capable of coaching others in their use. Effective in stakeholder management, able to manage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in marketing technologies, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Experienced in business analysis, understanding and aligning project outcomes with business strategies. Skilled in operational KPI management, using data to drive project decisions and improvements. Effective in team collaboration and leadership, fostering a cooperative work environment.
