Reporting to Supply Chain Org Structure, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the receiving, storage, and materials distribution to the production line, ensuring compliance with procedures in each area and the proper use of work tools. A typical workday might include: Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations Ensure safety compliance and procedures Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage Improve efficiency and workflow processes Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and transportation teams Handle performance evaluations and training We are looking for an experienced profesional, focussed on People & Safety who can manage Inventory Control Systems, Shipping & Receiving Operations, and both staff scheduling and performance. We value 5+ years experience in warehouse operations with a strong background in logistics and 3+ in a supervisory or leadership role. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration. Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred) OSHA Safety Certification (Preferred) Technical Skills Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Inventory tracking and reporting Basic data analysis (Excel or similar tools) Understanding of OSHA Safety Standards and Process Improvement Leadership & Soft Skills Strong team leadership and motivation Conflict resolution and problem-solving Clear communication (verbal and written) Time management and multitasking Decision-making under pressure Operational Knowledge Shipping, receiving, and distribution processes Inventory accuracy and cycle counting Equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) Warehouse layout optimization KPI tracking (productivity, order accuracy, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
