We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate complex enterprise integration initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on managing delivery across HR and ERP integration projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects, ideally involving HR or ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or HANA. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders Manage project planning, execution, risk tracking, and issue resolution Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders Ensure clear communication and reporting in English across all project levels Oversee integration-related initiatives, ideally involving HR and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, HANA) Support definition of requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans Monitor progress, dependencies, and delivery risks in fast-paced environments Required Qualifications 6–8+ years of experience in Project Management roles within IT or enterprise environments Strong English communication skills (must be fluent) Experience managing software delivery projects in complex, cross-functional environments Exposure to HR or ERP systems and integration projects (Workday, SAP, HANA or similar preferred) Experience working with technical teams and understanding integration concepts Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with HRIS or ERP integration projects (Workday, SAP, HANA, Oracle, etc.) Background in enterprise system implementations or system integration programs Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models Experience working in global or multinational environments Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows) is a plus Soft Skills Strong leadership and coordination abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-changing priorities Strong organizational and planning skills Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities Must Have Skills Project Management in IT / enterprise environments Experience with HR or ERP-related projects (Workday / SAP / HANA or similar) Stakeholder management across technical and business teams Delivery ownership in fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
