We are looking for a Python Developer to join our Global Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) team at KION Group IT. In this role, you will help design, develop, and support solutions that improve how we manage sales processes and configure customer solutions across our global organization. You will work with Python, SAP CPQ, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP BTP in a collaborative international environment where innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork are part of everyday work. What You Will Do Develop and maintain frontend and backend solutions for SAP CPQ and sales-related processes. Work as part of the Global Configure, Price, Quote team responsible for the development and operation of SAP CPQ solutions. Use Python and modern SAP technologies to enhance existing applications and build new solutions within our SAP S/4HANA and SAP CPQ landscape. Support the development of cross-functional applications for internal users and external stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, product teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Help define and improve development standards for custom software across the KION Group. Support the applications developed by your team throughout their lifecycle, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement. Apply agile ways of working and contribute actively during team planning, reviews, and technical discussions. Continue developing your technical skills through hands‑on experience, collaboration, and professional SAP training opportunities. Experience working with Python frameworks and developing maintainable, high-quality applications. Interest in business applications, sales processes, and enterprise software solutions. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to development and troubleshooting. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of an international development team. Willingness to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge through hands‑on work and professional training. Good written and spoken English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with SAP CPQ, Configure Price Quote solutions, or sales‑process applications. Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP cloud technologies. Experience with ABAP Objects (ABAP OO). Exposure to agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience working in a global, multinational, or cross‑functional IT environment.
