The intern will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop communication campaigns, toolkits, presentations, and SharePoint resources that help local teams implement and adapt cultural and organizational change initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to align multiple regions toward shared objectives, while respecting local context and diversity. Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Create communication materials such as toolkits, presentations, and SharePoint sites to support global and regional initiatives. Coordinate and support workshops, training, and events that promote an inclusive and engaging organizational culture. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment toward shared culture goals.
