Sr SAP Business Process Consultant provides expert‑level business process guidance on requirements and design, specifically for SAP Order to Cash (O2C). Responsibilities Process lead for SAP Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing and related master data). Create test cases, conduct all testing phases, generate testing documentation and provide testing support to end users. Proactively analyze evolving SAP capabilities to meet business requirements and work with key users to implement the process. Identify cross‑functional topics and ensure alignment across modules with the support of the sub‑project leader. Escalate necessary testing process decisions during project regular meetings. Coordinate all training activities according to the training concept and plan. Coordinate all testing activities and contribute to test plan creation. Support the key user community with mentoring, process documentation, and end‑user training. Maintain process documentation and training tools with key users. Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams performing a variety of functions. Analyze and solve problems of high complexity independently. Provide guidance to various departments and associates on company initiatives. Serve as a consultant to other departments on problems requiring theoretical and practical information exchange. Coordinate the analysis and resolution of difficult and complex problems and special assignments. Plan, maintain, and evaluate work performed by self and others. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in business process consultancy, having worked on one or more SAP implementation projects. Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a process expert in an SAP environment with full working knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution module; familiarity with other SAP modules. Skills Strong business process consultancy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization (key users, managers, and clients). Abilities Ability to influence without direct authority. Ability to solve problems that may require modifying and adapting standard techniques. Minimum travel required.
