Great experience start with responsibility Provide strategic and financial business partnering to the VP Marketing (CMO), ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, investment decisions, and financial outcomes. The role leads financial governance for Brand Marketing, supports portfolio and media investment decisions, and integrates insights into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable brand growth. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic and financial partner to the VP Marketing (CMO), supporting commercial strategy, insights generation, and budget control. Monitor and analyze brand financial performance, identifying value drivers and growth opportunities. Manage and control the marketing and media budget, ensuring effective allocation and follow-up in close coordination with Brand and Media teams. Lead post-mortem analysis of initiatives and business cases, driving continuous improvement in investment decisions. Provide analytical support and insights for portfolio decisions, including SKU rationalization and evaluation of revenue-related initiatives. Develop and align strategic messaging for internal (Commercial) and external (Regional/Global) forums, in collaboration with Brand Directors, Sales, and VP Marketing. Own financial key drivers, ensuring accuracy, quality of insights, and clear explanation of Functional P&L performance and sources of growth. Collaborate closely with CMI to incorporate consumer and market insights into business analysis and recommendations. Work with cross-functionally teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field 6–8+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, or Business Partnering roles Advanced English. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen Advanced analytical capability and data-driven decision making Executive-level storytelling and presentation skills Stakeholder management with senior leaders (VPs, Directors, Regional teams) Ability to influence without direct authority Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
