Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Digital Support Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support decision‑making. Automate data processes and workflows with Power Automate and VBA for enhanced efficiency. Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements and make strategic recommendations. Communication Support Present complex data insights in clear, concise, and visually engaging formats. Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and communication materials tailored to diverse stakeholders. Translate technical findings into accessible narratives that align with organizational objectives. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders. Support internal and external communication strategies through data‑driven content and insights. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, communication, or related roles; experience with business intelligence technologies and reporting packages is essential. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Excel, and SQL. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings effectively. Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is required. Experience working with young adults in a multicultural environment is a plus. Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of reporting and data visualization techniques. Familiarity with website scripts such as XML, JavaScript, and JSON is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
