We’re hiring a Graphic Designer in Mexico City to create polished, purposeful visuals across channels, including campaign assets, event materials, leadership communications, and high‑impact presentations. You’ll join a global team and collaborate with colleagues from around the world. This role is a great fit if you enjoy translating complex ideas into crisp, elegant design and if you’re energized by collaboration, fast turnarounds, and continuous improvement. We’re also looking for genuine AI curiosity: someone who stays up to date on new creative tools, experiments responsibly, and uses them to improve quality and speed without compromising standards. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work in the Mexico City office 2 days per week (Torre Mayor, Reforma). Please submit your CV in English. What You’ll Create Multi-format design across digital and print (campaign assets, social content, web elements, internal comms, event branding, collateral). Data-driven visuals: interpret information and transform it into clear, compelling infographics that are accurate, executive-ready, and on-brand. Presentation and template systems: build reusable layouts, components, and toolkits that help teams communicate consistently and efficiently. Concept-to-delivery work: develop ideas, propose options, incorporate feedback, and finalize files for production or publishing. Partner coordination: collaborate with printers, photographers, and other external suppliers to ensure high-quality output. How You’ll Work As part of a global team, collaborating with colleagues from around the world, often across geographies and time zones. With strong attention to detail and deadlines, while staying open to feedback and iteration. With a “make it better” mindset, bringing suggestions, spotting inconsistencies, and elevating craft. What We’re Looking For A strong portfolio that shows range and quality across branding, campaigns, presentations, infographics/data visualization, and design system thinking. Proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, and collaboration). Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (motion tools like After Effects/Premiere are a plus). Strong English skills (written and spoken). Data visualization skills: comfort working with numbers, charts, and structured content, and the ability to make it understandable and visually engaging. AI foundation and curiosity: you understand what AI can and can’t do, explore new tools thoughtfully, and use them responsibly to support creative workflows. A collaborative, dependable approach: curious, dedicated, and proactive. Nice To Have (Not Required) Experience in consulting/professional services or other fast-paced B2B environments. Motion/animation basics or experience creating short social video assets. Print production know-how and vendor-ready file preparation. Why This Role You’ll work on high-visibility content where great design directly helps ideas land with teams, leadership, and clients. There is real room to grow across a wide range of projects, stakeholders, and design challenges. Oliver Wyman strongly supports development. Training is available and encouraged, whether you want to sharpen core design skills, expand into motion/data visualization, strengthen your toolkit (e.g., Figma, Adobe), or explore responsible, practical uses of AI in creative workflows. Marsh is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment. We aim to attract and retain the best people and embrace diversity of age, background, disability, ethnicity, gender orientation or expression, nationality, parental status, and other protected characteristics. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or with clients at least three days per week, with at least one “anchor day” in person for full teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
