Executive Assistant, International Operations Finance Amazon International Operations Finance Team is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and enjoys partnering with other EAs and senior leaders. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and the ability to ask questions and request directions at the right time. They must be detail oriented, ownership‑driven, customer‑service oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility. Key Job Responsibilities Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings Manage domestic and international travel Manage expenses in a timely manner Assist with key team activities such as staff meeting agendas, townhall meetings, and team offsites Track completion of key deliverables; follow up on items and projects as requested Work closely with your leader’s team and other Executive Assistants to provide complete support Manage team space, including moves and reconfiguration Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles for your team A Day in the Life As an Executive Assistant at Amazon, no two days look the same.
