Job Description As a Trade Compliance Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, which is essential for the smooth flow of cross-border transactions. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's ability to navigate international trade regulations, maintain compliance, and facilitate the seamless movement of goods across borders. Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes. Responsibilities Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to import and export regulations Manage import and export documentation Conduct internal audits and assessments Provide guidance to internal stakeholders Stay updated with changes in trade regulations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions We Value Bachelor's degree in International Business, Law, or a related field Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely compliance Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate trade compliance requirements Ability to adapt to changing regulations and requirements, staying updated with industry trends and best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
