Pega Developer at BairesDev As a Pega Developer, you will design and maintain enterprise applications on the Pegasystems platform using PRPC. You will translate complex business requirements into automated solutions, ensuring efficient case management and process automation for highly regulated industries. What You'll Do Design and implement business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks using PRPC. Develop and configure complex case management workflows, decision rules, and process automations. Perform regular code and design reviews to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices. Optimize application performance through system tuning and troubleshooting using tools like PAL and Log Analyzer. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using standard protocols such as REST and SOAP. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and implement technical specifications. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Development or Pega Engineering. Proven expertise in developing applications on the Pegasystems platform using PRPC. Hands‑on experience with case management, decisioning, and process automation. Strong background in building solutions for regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or government.
