We're looking for an Advanced Analytics Manager to join our team and lead sophisticated measurement and modeling initiatives that help some of the world's leading brands optimize their marketing investments. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of analytics, statistics, media, and business strategy , leveraging advanced methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to generate actionable insights and drive measurable impact. What you'll be doing: Lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects. Analyze complex datasets and translate model outputs into business recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Media, and Finance stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. Evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels and identify growth opportunities. Contribute to the evolution of advanced analytics capabilities and best practices. What we're looking for: Strong background in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields. Experience with regression modeling, time series analysis, and multivariate data. Proficiency in R and Advanced Excel. Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in marketing, media measurement, or marketing effectiveness analytics is highly valued.
