The Data Steward plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data across global supply chain domains. This role oversees key data assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet business, operational, and system requirements. The position delivers advanced digital analytics, automation, BI reporting, and data-driven insights to directly support the organization’s efficiency goals and priorities. Key Responsibilities Own and manage master data across assigned domains, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global data governance standards. Execute and monitor data quality processes, performing data validation, profiling, cleansing, and continuous improvement of master data across systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for domain data issues, leading root‑cause analysis, coordinating fixes, and driving long‑term preventive actions with cross‑functional teams. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, translating data challenges into structured improvement projects that promote governance and process optimization. Develop and deliver domain‑focused presentations to communicate data insights, quality metrics, and improvement recommendations to global and regional stakeholders. Influence stakeholders and build alignment around data quality expectations, governance policies, and domain‑specific standards. Document data definitions, rules, workflows, ownership structures, and governance procedures to ensure clarity and enable scalability across global teams. Support cross‑cultural collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with global markets, regions, and functional partners. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in analytics or a similar role (experience in shared services or global hub preferred). Experience working with data and processes within one or more supply chain domains, such as Plan, Source, Make, or Deliver. Experience working with ERP systems and SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) for managing, validating, and maintaining master data. Digital and Analytical Qualifications Delivers advanced digital analytics, automation solutions, and BI reporting to support organizational efficiency. Demonstrates strong technical skills in Python, SQL, RPA tools, and Business Intelligence platforms. Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective analytics and data storytelling.
