The People Team is at the forefront of empowering talent and enabling business growth at Garena. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Mexico, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support our business. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting — we are looking for someone who combines strong sourcing capabilities with sharp talent judgment, and who can build meaningful connections with universities to develop a sustainable early talent pipeline. You will work closely with the People Lead and hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes, while also owning campus recruiting initiatives and scaling our program hirings in Mexico. Job Description Own end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Proactively source and identify high-potential candidates through various channels, with a strong focus on quality and long-term fit Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, especially for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles Develop deep understanding of the local talent landscape in Mexico, including key talent pools, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate motivations Apply creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-potential talent beyond conventional channels Lead campus recruiting efforts in Mexico, including establishing and managing relationships with key universities and student organizations, planning and executing campus events (e.g., career talks, recruitment drives, workshops), driving employer branding initiatives targeted at students and fresh graduates Own and scale the program hiring pipeline by: designing and executing mass recruitment strategies, managing candidate experience throughout the selection process, identifying high-potential talent aligned with long-term business needs Ensure a strong candidate experience across all touchpoints Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth hiring processes Track and analyze recruiting data to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with business goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or lean environments Proven ability in sourcing and assessing candidates, with strong judgment on talent quality Strong understanding of the local talent market and talent landscape in Mexico Demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates Experience in campus recruiting or early talent programs is highly preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and projects simultaneously Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful, with strong ownership mindset Structured thinking with the ability to identify challenges and propose practical solutions Experience working in tech, gaming, start-ups, or multicultural environments is a plus What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is not only strong in execution, but also has a sharp eye for talent and the drive to build pipelines from the ground up.
