The Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support, maintains organized filing systems, supports internal communication between departments, and assists with supplier coordination and administrative documentation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems. Support internal communications and coordination between departments. Prepare basic reports, purchase requests, and documentation as needed. Assist in researching new deals and sourcing local suppliers. Coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Support the team with data entry, document control, and office organization. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Finance, or related field required. 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, purchasing support, or assistant roles preferred. Bilingual Spanish & English preferred. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
