We are looking for a Payroll SAP Support Consultant to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Royalton Hotels & Resorts, responsible for providing specialized technical and functional support in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payroll processes in a multi-country environment. The Payroll SAP Support Consultant is responsible for: Resolving L1 and L2 payroll-related incidents. Analyzing and troubleshooting payroll calculation issues, retroactive processes, payroll closing, terminations, and payroll posting. Following up on critical incidents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Validating payroll calculations in compliance with local labor and tax regulations. Creating, maintaining, and configuring payroll elements (wage types). Supporting system updates driven by legal changes or business requirements. Monitoring and supporting integrations (Abrhil, banking, tax systems). Ensuring accurate execution of end-to-end payroll processes. Training end users and documenting processes and system configurations. Acting as a liaison with EPIUSE and other external vendors. Escalating and following up on high-level incidents (L3/L4). Proposing continuous improvements and best practices in payroll processes. The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with hands‑on experience in the module. Experience in multi-country payroll processes . Knowledge of HRIS integrations and payroll systems . Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
