The ideal candidate is a creative systems thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning solutions while thriving in a fast paced , highly collaborative environment.This role requires full-time onsite work in Mexico City (5 days per week).Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Employee Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 7+ years of Employee Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Employee Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop high quality instructional content across multimedia and digital formats, including e learning , videos, simulations, microlearning, workflows, and XR enhanced experiences.Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure solutions are effective, scalable, accessible, and globally relevant.Build storyboards, prototypes, scripts, learning assessments, and facilitator/learner deliverables are high quality, aligned to learning objectives , and optimized for global audiences.AI Enabled InnovationUse AI tools (generative AI, adaptive learning platforms, automation tools , agents ) to enhance content development, create personalized learning experiences, and streamline workflows.Craft effective prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate , instructionally aligned content.Uphold responsible AI practices, ensuring data privacy, fairness, and ethical use in all learning solutions.Data Driven ImprovementAnalyze learner data, engagement metrics, and feedback to refine content and strengthen learning outcomes.Build data informed recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and report on impact.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with SMEs, HR partners, and cross functional collaborators to uncover learning needs and accurately translate content into high impact learning.Facilitate content reviews, gather input, incorporate revisions, and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Project & Process ExecutionManage multiple projects simultaneously, from scoping through deployment, while ensuring excellent communication, quality, and on time delivery.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and content quality.Represent instructional design perspectives in meetings, working sessions, and design reviews.Core Competencies & Skills1. Continuous Professional GrowthDemonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, staying up to date on AI trends and new design methodologies.Required QualificationsProven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and data analytics to learning design.Strong proficiency with e learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), LMS platforms, and multimedia creation tools.Mastery of instructional design models and adult learning methodologies.Experience working with subject matter experts to translate complex content.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work in a dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, or a related field.Experience creating adaptive learning pathways, simulations, or AI enhanced learning tools.Familiarity with XR, gamified learning, or advanced multimedia design.Experience in a technology driven environment or designing training for engineering or technical audiences.Background with AI enabled learning platforms and automation workflows.Work EnvironmentThis is an individual contributor role within the Talent Development organization.
